Need a simple solution to transfer business card info to your iPhone within seconds? Fed up typing company details? One solution to your problem, Business Card Reader/Scanner by Penpower Inc, a very easy method to transfer business card details onto your iPhone within seconds. Place the business card on the table, and take a photo of it (by using this app). The process will start by reading the name, address, phone, email, web, and etc., all details will be inputted on your iPhone.

I have tested out many cards and not all cards work due to light and graphics, so please make sure you are in a good area with some light. Don’t take photos if cards are in business card holder pockets, the visibility is not that good; take out the card and try it that way instead. Some business cards use fancy colourful headers which the app cannot detect the company name, so therefore we would need to enter it manually.

Features
Card Holder – Keeps a log of your business cards (a handy tool just in case the contact has disappeared from your phone book)
Photos – Use existing photos stored under photo albums (very useful when you took photos before)
Signature – Copy and paste the signature info, and transfer it to your phone book. (I love this feature, good job!)
QR Code – Scan QR Code and transfer details to your phone (I haven’t tried out this feature yet, but I know it definitely transfer details over)

Overall it does the job perfectly without any problems, save a lot of time. I would recommend this app to anyone, this app deserve a 9/10 rating.

Demo video coming soon.

I have been super busy lately, study and work at the same time. Man I need a vacation now, I want to see my beautiful mrs, she’s waiting for me now. First I need to save up some cash then I’ll be seeing her again.

I know Apple has released a few gadgets over the past weeks iPod Nano 6th Gen, iPod Shuffle, iPod Touch 4th Gen, what’s next a second generation iPad??? I do think the iPod Nano 6th Gen is a quite a nice design, but I wouldn’t go for it if you already own an iPod Nano. Save it for other gadgets instead. No point getting the iPod Touch 4th Gen if you have the iPhone 4. Unless you don’t have an iPhone 4, you can go ahead and get it. iPhone 4 is worth getting than the iPod Touch 4th Gen.

Look at this website, another one which I saw on my facebook. Someone recommend this site for unlocks and jailbreaks and it actually worked on him. There are no paid jailbreaks however there is a small fee to unlock your iPhone done by a mobile specialist or via your mobile network provider. Other than that if you are patience you can wait until the free iPhone unlock to release. Which it will be available tomorrow, or some time this week.

Do not pay unlocks/jailbreaks via IphoneUnlocking.com, save your cash for free unlocks/jailbreaks. Respect the creators work.

Unlock Codes 2u is a paid website providing you techniques how to unlock your mobile handset. All you need to do is to enter your IMEI (Enter *#06# on your mobile) 15 digits into the box. Then you will be directed to page which displays your mobile handset model, and you have to choose your network. The price for this service is £3.99 which I do think they should charge it for free.

After payment they’ll send a list of instructions how to unlock your mobile handset. Most people think they have the solution to unlock, or should I say “They are making money from posting free instructions which are already available on many websites.”

I do not think this service is worth £3.99, a simple 5 methods which we can do for free without the need of paying them the money. I am more than welcome to post the list of unlock methods on my blog, send me an email to chinwei@live.co.uk and I’ll send it straight away. All the instructions there are pointless anyway, but worth reading it if you want to unlock your mobile device.

Just to prove that I am telling the truth, I have uploaded a few screenshots of my transaction.

Avoid using this website for mobile unlocks. Search for free unlock instructions on the net, no need to pay.
